At the Sharma household, the living room was filled with the warm chatter of family.
The elders sat in a close circle around Pandit ji, who was carefully flipping through his panchang."Pandit ji, did you find a good date?" Jaya asked eagerly.
"Next week is a highly auspicious muhurat for the engagement," Pandit ji announced with a smile.
"For the wedding, there are two options. One is in four weeks, and the other is after two months."
"Then it's settled. Let's get the children engaged next week," Bhavesh decided.
"And I think the wedding should take place after two months," Jaya added thoughtfully. "That way, we will actually have time to prepare everything beautifully."
Gayatri frowned slightly."Two months is a bit too long. Wedding preparations can easily be managed in four weeks if we all pitch in."Seeing the disagreement,
Manish turned toward the corner of the room. "Let's ask the children what they want. Krish, Dishita, which muhurat suits you both?"
They exchanged a quiet, lingering look."The date after two months is fine," Krish replied, his voice calm and steady.
"I have to fly to London after next week for some urgent work, and I'm not entirely sure when I'll be able to return."
Hearing this, Gayatri and Ranveer's faces fell instantly. They wanted him married as soon as possible, and here he was, planning to fly back to London.
Hoping for a different answer, Gayatri turned to the bride-to-be. "Dishita, beta, do you have any problem with waiting two months?"
In reality, Dishita preferred the delay to process everything. "No, Dadi," she replied softly.
Gayatri sank back into her seat, silently defeated.
The engagement venue was a vision of elegance, beautifully decorated with lavender drapes and fairy lights.
The Sharma family had already arrived to welcome the guests. Only Dishita, Navya, and her husband Rohit were missing, as Dishita was getting ready at home.
"Poorvi, call Dishita and ask where they are," Manish said anxiously. "The Yaduvanshi family will be arriving any minute."
Poorvi nodded quickly and dialed her sister. After a few rings, Dishita picked up."Hello! Dishu, how much longer will you take?" Poorvi asked the moment the call connected.
"Krish ji's family is on their way. You need to reach the venue before them."
"We are on the way, bhabhi.. I will be there before them, don't worry," Dishita promised gently before hanging up
Inside the car, Navya was looking at her sister with deep concern. "Dishu, are you sure you can walk in those high heels? You've never worn them before."
"I'll manage, don't worry," Dishita replied, smoothing down her outfit.
"Besides, I won't have to walk much there. I just have to stand and look pretty."
Today, Dishita looked breathtaking. She wore a stunning lavender lehenga adorned with intricate golden embroidery, paired with matching jewelry and soft makeup.

Her natural beauty radiated under the lights, but instead of a smile, her face held a wave of pure nervousness.
Meanwhile, the Yaduvanshi family arrived at the venue, except for Krish and Kiara, who were coming in a separate car.
Just as Krish's car pulled up to the entrance, Dishita's car arrived right beside it.
Krish and Kiara stepped out first. The moment Kiara spotted Dishita's car, a wide smile lit up her face, and she rushed over as Dishita, Navya, and Rohit stepped out.
"Hello, soon to be Bhabhi!" Kiara squealed happily.
Dishita smiled warmly. "Hello, Kiara."
"You look absolutely beautiful," Kiara gushed. "Bhaiya is definitely going to lose his breath."
Dishita's cheeks flushed red. "Thank you."But the moment Dishita's eyes shifted to Krish, her breath genuinely caught in her throat.
Krish looked incredibly handsome in a matching lavender indo-western sherwani with silver embroidery.
With his hair perfectly styled and a silver watch gleaming on his wrist, he looked like a prince under the soft moonlight. His eyes were already fixed entirely on her.

As their gazes locked, a wave of shyness washed over Dishita, and she quickly lowered her eyes.
Navya cleared her throat loudly to break the spell. "Alright, you two can admire each other inside. Everyone is waiting for us."
Breaking their eye contact, they all headed toward the entrance. However, to enter the venue, they had to climb a grand flight of stairs.
Dishita froze, instantly clutching Navya's hand. "Di," she whispered frantically. "How am I supposed to climb these stairs in these heels? I can't do it."
Navya sighed softly. "I told you not to wear such high heels. Now walk very carefully, or you'll get embarrassed in front of your fiancé."
Noticing her discomfort, Kiara turned to her brother. "Bhaiya, please help Bhabhi. She is having a hard time walking in her heels."
Dishita's eyes widened in panic. "No, no! I'm completely fine."A flicker of genuine amusement danced in Krish's eyes.
He stepped closer, looking at her with an innocent, teasing expression. "Are you uncomfortable with me?"
"No, it's not like that at all," Dishita replied instantly.
"If it's not like that, then let him help you, Dishu," Navya urged with a smile.
Dishita gave a small, hesitant nod. Krish stepped forward, bending down slightly. He looked into her eyes, silently asking for permission Can I? Dishita nodded again, her heart racing.
In one smooth motion, Krish scooped her up into his arms, lifting her bridal style. Dishita gasped softly, instinctively wrapping her arms around his neck to balance herself.
Kiara and Navya cheered and hooted in delight, while Rohit just smiled warmly.
"You will get tired," Dishita murmured softly, unable to look him in the eye."Never from you," Krish replied.
His voice was laced with pure sincerity, his eyes incredibly soft as he gazed down at her. Dishita's face burned with a deep blush.
Once they reached the top of the stairs, Dishita whispered, "Please, put me down now."Krish gently set her back on her feet. Together, they walked into the venue side by side, drawing everyone's attention.
The Sharma family elcomed Krish warmly, and Aryan and Rachit gave him tight, brotherly hugs.
The Exchange of Rings and The Perfect Dancethey were guided to a beautifully decorated stage, taking a seat on the front sofa.
"Let's exchange the rings now," Nisha said, checking the time. "Otherwise, the auspicious muhurat will pass." Everyone nodded in agreement.
Kiara handed the ring to Krish, while Poorvi gave the ring to Dishita.
Krish gently extended his hand, inviting Dishita to place hers over his. As her trembling hand rested in his palm, he smoothly slid the ring onto her finger.
The entire hall erupted into loud applause.
Then, it was Dishita's turn. With a soft smile, she slipped the ring onto his finger.
The crowd cheered, hooted, and showered them with congratulations. While everyone was busy talking, Kiara slipped over to Krish, handed him a small bouquet of fresh red roses, and left with a playful wink.
Krish turned to Dishita and offered her the bouquet. Her eyes instantly lit up. She took the roses with a tender smile, whispering a quiet, "Thank you."
"Bhai, Bhabhi, please do a couple dance now!" Kiara called out.
Krish shook his head, feeling shy, but Kiara pleaded, "Please!"
"Guys, come on, don't be a boring couple," Navya joined in. "It's just one dance."
Krish looked at Dishita and gracefully extended his hand. Trusting him, she placed her hand in his.
They walked to the center of the dance floor as the beautiful chords of "Main Agar Kahoon" began to play in the background.
"I don't know how to dance," Dishita whispered in his ear, her voice meant only for him.
"Don't worry. Just trust me," Krish murmured reassuringly.
They started a few steps apart, walking toward each other with slow, deeply emotional strides.
Every movement was filled with unsaid feelings. Their hands met gently, leading into a graceful spin, followed by a quiet pause where time seemed to stand still.
Tumko paya hai to jaise khoya hoon
Kehna chahoon bhi to tumse kya kahon
Krish guided her into another smooth turn, followed by gentle side glides. Their movements were perfectly synchronized, reflecting a beautiful, growing warmth between them.
Kisi zubaan mein bhi woh labaz hi nahi
Ki jismein tum ho kya tumhe bata sakun
Because of her high heels, Dishita naturally slowed her pace, moving with extra caution. Krish noticed immediately and adjusted his steps, keeping her close and secure.
Main agar kahoon tumsa haseen
Kaynaat mein nahi hai kahin
Tareef yeh bhi to sach hai kuch bhi nahi
For a brief second, the heavy border of her lehenga lightly brushed against her heel, causing her to lose her balance.
But before anyone in the crowd could even notice, Krish's grip tightened perfectly around her waist, stabilizing her instantly and pulling her back into his embrace.
Shokhiyon mein doobi yeh aadayein
Chehre se jhalki hui hain
They moved together in soft, swaying steps, finishing with one final, slow spin.
As the music slowly faded, they stood completely still, forehead to forehead, wrapped in a peaceful, complete embrace.
The entire hall broke into thunderous applause and cheers.
The Conclusion of a Beautiful Nightnext came the photoshoot. They took beautiful couple photos first, followed by countless frames with both families.
Soon after, the Yaduvanshi family began to take their leave. "Aryan, Rachit beta, keep all the gifts in the car, and then we will head home," Manish instructed.
The brothers nodded, carefully carrying the gifts to the vehicle, and the Sharma family finally departed.
Back at the Sharma house, the whirlwind of the day finally slowed down. On Bhavesh's orders, the servants neatly placed the mountain of engagement gifts inside Dishita's room.
Left alone in the quiet dark, Dishita looked down at her glittering ring, her heart full of the evening's sweet memories.
